Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Applications Engineer (AE) to help with both pre-sales and post-sales support of our next generation of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
The right candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, extensive knowledge of databases, programming experience, and a general knowledge of Configuration Management practices. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated person looking for a position within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications: Applicants should have 4+ years of experience in software application support (preferably in the product lifecycle management industry) and a degree in Computer Software, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Responsibilities:
Management and execution of new customer implementations
Installation of the Omnify product lifecycle management (PLM) system
Work closely with new & existing customers to set up best business practices, workflows, policies, rules, etc.
Train users in the Omnify PLM system
Support of existing customers
Development of processes to manipulate & validate large data sets
Work with customers to specify, install, and configure requested customizations
Occasional travel is required
Skills:
Knowledge of general Configuration Management practices:
 – Documentation Control (e.g., part numbering schemes, class codes)
 – Change Management (ECO) processes/routing
 – Manufacturing process
 – Quality & software validation practices
Spoken and written communication of complex ideas to user community:
 – Conducting training classes and seminars in person and online
 – Authoring technical specifications, white papers, etc.
Knowledge of ECAD and MCAD systems
Database Expertise:
 – Structures, backup strategy
 – Connecting and communicating
 – Database maintenance
 – SQL Programming
Web servers and cloud-based systems
Knowledge of one or more programming languages:
 – C#, C++, Java, etc.
Experience with CRM and support case tracking systems

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to increase our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software sales.
The right candidate for this position has solid outside sales experience with a history of consistent overachievement. This is a great opportunity for a motivated person looking for a position within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications: Applicants should have 5+ years of experience in business software sales (preferably in the product lifecycle management industry) and a degree in Computer/Software, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration. Some travel is required.
Responsibilities:
Identify new customers for our product lifecycle software products within a given sales territory
Develop and execute effective campaigns in reaching top level executives and managers about the benefits of Omnify Software's products
Be a key member of Omnify Software's sales team responsible for generating new product sales and overall account penetration strategies
Responsible for building sales: key business function is closing business in new accounts
Skills:
5 years outside software sales experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills: able to talk to C-level executives and/or technical audiences
Ability to understand prospect's industry and core business processes, and then identify the problems they are facing
Ability to understand and describe how Omnify Software's product solutions and features can address the business issues facing prospects
Work with inside sales representatives to develop account strategies
Establish account presence and build rapport with key contacts
Effective sales, marketing and project management skills
Ability to demonstrate time management, strong sales skills and knowledge of the competition
Ability to work in a team environment
Enthusiastic and self-motivated
MBA a plus
